Sorry I came to this a bit late, but that reminds me of the question - 'If mankind were eliminated tomorrow, how long would it take for all evidence of our existance to disappear?' It's a funny one, considering how much we have done to our world..
and that reminds me of the part of the movie Logan's Run where the protagonists meet peter ustinov in the remains of the us capitol building....is that what you were thinking?
