Family Night Out
Well, I knew it wouldn't take long for someone who had been there before, and stuffle was right on top of it. This turned out to be the most unusual baseball game I've ever been to. On this night, the Brewers beat the Nationals 4-3 in 10 innings after a balk was called with runners on first and third. In other important news, the Italian won the Sausage Race tonight.
1 astute observations :
I was at that game with my brother. His company had a outing, and his wife didn't want to go, so I went with him. Interesting game. A LOT of bad base running. That last play looked like just another example of it before the balk was called.
I'm going again this afternoon as part of our nine pack (today is the "free 10th game" in the nine pack, actually). My wife got a new job that requires some weekends, so she doesn't get to go, and has been giving my crap since I got to go to two games this series. We'll have to be more careful when selecting our ticket package next year...
