How Much Does Free Speech Cost?

Jeff Jarvis on the FCC idiocy. I'm not here to say that people should be able to say whatever they want, whenever they want, I'm only saying that to have this agency as the supposed judge of what is right and decent (and to do it so arbitrarily) is the kind of government intervention I thought the First Amendment was designed to discourage. That's my concern.
